Lynnsie's family has been prominent in St. Louis real estate for over 4 decades. She hit the scene in the year 2000, selling $4.95 million of real estate in her first full year of business and earning a nomination for the St. Louis Association of Realtors' "Rookie of the Year." She was a sales associate with Solon Gershman Inc., Realtors for 4 years, a top producer at Coldwell Banker Gundaker's Clayton office, and is now thrilled to be part of the Prudential Alliance team with manager Bob Bax.
There is ALWAYS more to learn about real estate, and it's a priority with Lynnsie so that she can best serve her clients. She has earned the National Association of Realtors "e-Pro" certification in Internet marketing, and completed her Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) certification in October 2003. GRI consists of classes on such topics as contracts, investment property, the various roles Realtors can play in a transaction, new construction, and much more.
Her most recent accomplishment: earning her EcoBroker certification. The goal is to help clients save money and live more comfortably through energy efficiency and environmentally-friendly choices.
Lynnsie is married to Dr. David Kantor; they have 3 children and a Standard poodle named Pepper. She has a BA from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and an MA in Dance Education from New York University. She has taught ballet, modern, and folk dance to people ages 3-93.
She truly loves her job - must be in the genes - and would love to help you achieve your real estate goals.
